We collect only the information necessary to provide the app's features:
- Account information: Your name and email address, provided when you create an account.
- Workout sessions: Data about each training session you start, including the workout type, theme, date and time, duration, and number of exercises completed.
- Exercise completions: The individual exercises you mark as done within each session, including exercise name, section (warm-up, main, finisher), and sets.
- Equipment preferences: The training equipment you select during onboarding.
- Custom activity logs: Any custom workouts or activities you manually log in the app.
We do not collect location data, contacts, camera access, biometric data, payment information, or any other sensitive personal data.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to power app features:
- Displaying your workout history, streaks, and progress statistics
- Personalising your training experience based on available equipment
- Tracking session duration and exercise completion across workouts
- Identifying your account when you log in across devices
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond operating the app.
3. How Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database platform hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the US East (Virginia) region. Supabase employs industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest.

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
Your data is only accessible through the NotDust app and is not combined with data from other sources or used for any purpose outside the app.
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all data associated with your account — including your profile, workout history, and exercise logs — will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export a copy of your workout data upon request

7. Children's Privacy
NotDust is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
